RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted up to 30 DAYS after sale, only if materials are unused, undamaged and unopened. A 35% re-stocking fee will be charged to all returns, in addition to any pickup/shipping charges that The Environmental Home Store may incur.

PAINT/STAIN/SEALERS/ FINISHES/PLASTER: Tinted paint is non-returnable. Non-tinted paints, plasters, primers and sealers are returnable up to 30 days with no re- stocking fees, unless they are SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS. Those special ordered items will have the 35% re-stocking fee and return shipping charges applied. CARPETING: Once carpeting is cut, it cannot be returned. Uncut rolls can be returned within 30 days, with a 35% restocking fee applied, plus return shipping charges. Installers work independently from The Environmental Home Store. If carpet installation issues arise, the customer is responsible for working through these issues directly with the installer (independent of The Environmental Home Store), including those suggested and provided by The Environmental Home Store. The Environmental Home Store is not responsible for carpet installation problems. GENERAL: The Environmental Home Store will provide fabrication & installation services, but each contractor works independently. Fabricators and installers are solely responsible for the quality of all installations. Should problems arise, the customer is responsible for contacting the contractor directly. The Environmental Home Store is not responsible for fabrication and/or installation issues, including the need to replace any material damaged or improperly installed.
